Efi Zikou
Owner & Pilates Instructor
My name is Efi Zikou, I am a TEFAA graduate and certified pilates instructor and owner of breathe pilates-efi zikou. Pilates is my job but above all it's the way I've chosen to care for people. My vision has always been to create something more than an exercise space. I wanted to create a community. A community of people with a common goal. That's how breathe was created...breathe, like breathing... Every person who comes to our community I want to feel important. To feel that we care, that we listen, that we respect them. That they are not "just another trainee", but part of a large family — Every class at breathe is not just exercises... it's care... it's time dedicated to yourself. Our goal is not just to exercise, but to strengthen, balance and evolve. Our goal is for you to become the best version of yourself.

Magdalini Papantoniou
Pilates & Fitness Instructor
Pilates & Fitness Instructor with intense focus on functional movement and overall physical performance. Specialization in Pilates (Mat & Cadillac/Reformer) and strength conditioning. As a track and field athlete, with deep understanding of athletic movement and performance demands, I design personalized and group programs that aim to improve strength, mobility, stability and body control. My approach is based on biomechanics, proper technique and quality of movement, with the goal of safe, efficient and progressive training for every level, from beginners to athletes. Graduate of Physical Education Science from Higher Schools with complete specialized certifications such as Pilates Mat & Reformer, Prenatal & Postnatal, Personal & weight trainer. My motto "Movement is the foundation for a body that is strong, capable and free" For me, exercise is not just training, but a way of life, a tool for building strength, confidence and deep connection of body and mind.

Spyridoula Klempetsani
TEFAA Graduate & Pilates Instructor
Graduate of TEFAA Athens, with specialty in traditional dance. Holds a master's degree in educational psychology. Certificate in hatha yoga as well as first aid certificate and has worked as a lifeguard. Since 2016 she has worked as a personal trainer, instructor in group programs (functional training, yoga pilates) as well as a traditional dance teacher (in cultural associations). She is a fully trained pilates coach on all pilates equipment.

Viky
Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor
Viky has been professionally involved with fitness since 2015. She is a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor (mat & reformer), with experience in functional training, cross training and spinning. From a young age she was involved in competitive track and field, gaining deep understanding of movement and the body. She then worked as a personal trainer, children's track and field coach and Tae Kwon Do assistant coach, undertaking strengthening programs for children and adults. She also has experience in EMS training (Miha Bodytec) and in the use of all Pilates equipment. For Viky, exercise is not only physical improvement but a way of life, relaxation and mental balance. Her goal is to help each trainee become the best version of themselves — inside and out.

Aggeliki Tsetsoni
Pilates & Functional Coach
Professionally involved with fitness since 2017. Aggeliki is: • Graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Specialty: Greek Traditional Dance • Holder of a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Management & Emerging Technologies in Education, Marconi University • Certified in: -Pilates Mat, Reformer, & Equipment -Personal Training, Cross Training & Functional Training • Workshops Clinical Pilates & Pre/Postnatal Pilates She has been involved since childhood with volleyball, track and field, and Greek traditional dance. Her goal is to help you have a strong and healthy body, pain-free, and full of confidence!
