The beginners program is designed for those coming into contact with pilates for the first time, as well as for anyone who feels they need a calm and safe restart for their body.
Through foundational exercises we learn the core principles of pilates: proper breathing, movement control, core activation and correct posture. The intensity is adapted to each participant's level, with emphasis on proper execution and safety.

Reformer flow is a group class conducted on the reformer — the pilates bed with the moving platform. There is no break, but each exercise connects harmoniously with the next, creating a continuous flow. It is not simply a workout — it is a complete movement experience that allows the body to work continuously and the mind to remain focused and calm.
With emphasis on control and correct technique, the body is fully activated: muscles strengthen, flexibility improves, core stability is enhanced and correct posture is cultivated.
Tower flow is a group program conducted on the tower — the pilates bed with the fixed platform. There is no break. One exercise follows the other, creating a continuous flow, exactly as Pilates intended.
Using the springs and bars of the tower, the body strengthens, core stability, flexibility and balance are enhanced, and correct posture is cultivated.

Studio pilates is a dynamic program that combines the philosophy of pilates with the intensity and structure of circuit training. The class is organised in stations, where participants work on all the equipment — cadillac, ladder barrel, chair, wall unit, reformer, spine corrector.
The emphasis is on strengthening the entire body, stability, control and correct technique. It does not have the continuous flow of a reformer or tower flow, but retains the authentic philosophy of pilates through dynamic, targeted exercises that activate every muscle group.
It is ideal for those who want a demanding, complete class that builds strength, endurance and body awareness, offering each time a different and engaging training experience.
Clinical pilates is a specialised exercise program with a therapeutic approach, designed for individuals with particular needs, a history of injuries or pathological conditions. All our instructors are trained in therapeutic Pilates and work with knowledge, safety and responsibility — without replacing physiotherapy, but functioning as a complement and support to it.
We undertake personalised programs for cases such as musculoskeletal problems, pregnancy and postnatal, elderly, osteoporosis, respiratory and cardiorespiratory difficulties, oncology patients, autoimmune diseases and other special cases.
Each program is designed exclusively for the participant, according to their needs, capabilities and goals. Our aim is the improvement of functionality, strengthening, restoration of movement and overall upgrading of quality of life through safe, controlled and scientifically guided exercise.

Cadillac flow is a unique Pilates class for one or two people, conducted entirely on the cadillac, offering a one-of-a-kind movement and exercise experience. It combines flow, control, strengthening and flexibility, fully utilising the equipment's capabilities and creating a class unlike any other.
Although it includes impressive exercises such as suspensions and elements reminiscent of acrobatic movement, the program adapts completely to each participant's level and experience. This means anyone can attend — from beginners to advanced — safely. Our instructors are by your side at all times.
